“Vital International Foundation is a non-profit organization working in the areas of HIV/AIDS and International Volunteer Programs.

We have volunteer opportunities in schools, hospitals and orphanages in the Eastern and Greater Accra Region of Ghana. In the Eastern Region, we have 10 schools with volunteer opportunities and one major hospital. The hospital serves a population of approximately 201,333 in 110 communities. It has a bed capacity of 103 physicians and supporting staff. The hospital has been recently renovated by the World Bank and most of its equipment is in pretty good shape.
